Welcome to GetWell-USA. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GetWellUSA’s services (“Services”) provided through our website and platform. By subscribing to our wellness program, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview of Services
GetWell provides companies with personalized corporate wellness programs, including but not limited to:
Fitness and movement guidance
Nutritional and healthy lifestyle content
Mental health support tools
Weekly wellness newsletters
Custom wellness challenges
AI-powered employee wellness coaching
These services are designed for general wellness support only and are not a substitute for professional medical care.
2. Program Start Date & Onboarding
After purchase, your company will receive:
A welcome email
A secure employee intake form
A breakdown of the onboarding process
To ensure proper customization, your wellness program will begin seven (7) days after purchase. This onboarding window allows our wellness professionals to analyze your team’s needs and prepare a personalized program.
3. Submission Requirement
The client must submit all requested employee intake information within 48 hours of purchase. Delays in submission may delay the start of services.
4. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through GetWell are final and non-refundable.
Due to the personalized nature of our services and immediate development of company-specific content, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or credits once payment has been received.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
All sales are final
No refunds will be granted under any circumstances
Your program will begin 7 days after payment is received
5. Payment & Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis
Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
You may cancel future renewals at any time, but active plans are non-refundable
6. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect basic employee wellness information to personalize your company’s program.
We do not collect or store clinical health records, diagnoses, or Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA.
All data is stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering wellness services. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. No Medical Advice
The content provided by GetWell is for informational and educational purposes only.
We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting a new wellness or fitness routine.
8. User Responsibilities
As the client, you agree to:
Provide accurate employee data
Use GetWell materials only for internal company wellness
Refrain from sharing or reselling content
Respond promptly to any onboarding communication
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by GetWell — including but not limited to wellness plans, newsletters, challenges, digital tools, and visual materials — is the intellectual property of GetWellUSA and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetWellUSA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
